It is with sadness I am listing this homemade camper for sale. Built in 2012 by my wife and I we have only been able to
use it on 4 trips. Due to my every increasing work load and my wife's back issues it doesn't appear that we will be able
to use it in the near future, therefore I hoped that someone with more time to use it will be able to purchase it.

* Built on a customer made 2 inch tube steel frame.
* Pulls straight with tires that were brand new at construction, still look new
* Has been stored under an awing
* 2 inch thick walls and ceiling, with insulation
* Comes with Window AC and Electric Heater
* 12 volt inverter
* Comes with Camper stands and spare tire.
* Comes with Microwave and Refrigerator
* Hidden storage compartment under floor.
* Comes with a really nice 6 inch thick futon mattress, it is quite heavy but will fold to make a "sitting" area. Makes
it hard to get to the hidden compartment. You may with to use Air matress, it is a matter of taste.
* Camper is 5 x 9, sleeping area is 6'6" by 5. The rest of the camper is the galley with shelves and the microwave and frig.
* It has a toilet, yes a 5 x 9 camper with a toilet see the link to the blog to see how it works.
* Comes with a homemade awing, not great but better than nothing.
* All screws used in construction where stainless steel or coated deck screws.
* Buddy bearings
* Comes with folding entry step.
* All Led driving lights
* Led and Fluorescent interior lights
* 7 Wall Reciprocals
* Tool Box mounted on front
* Trailer is about 1400 Pounds, I wait it on a gravel truck scale so may be more or less.
* If I remember it cost me about $3600 to build, I am asking $2900
