Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

I'm looking for a 4x8 or 5x8 utility trailer to start building on this June in Lancaster, PA. I'm a grad student, so my price range is <$500, and it may be my semi-permanent living space for awhile.

If you have one or know some one how does within 300mi, let me know.

Here's a link to a pop-up in Lebanon, PA which is very close to Lancaster for $300. You could use the frame, sink, fridge, and heater. It is larger than the standard pop-up or teardrop which may be a good thing:
