GRP Folding 195kg Quantumsleep

To enable a new project, I have decided to sell the Quantumsleep. This is my much admired (and magazine featured) self-made folding caravan which I made from female moulds in 2011 and refined over the intervening years. I have previously experience as a design/development Engineer in the Auto Industry.
The Quantumsleep has an L shaped seating area with backrests for during the day (also a clip-on drinks table in GRP) and converts to a 6ft x 4ft bed. There is a lockable door, and 3 opening windows and interior LED lighting. Fully sorted, with correct lighting, reflectors, corner props and jockey wheel and cast hitch. It has Peak Trailers Flexiride suspension units, which are ideally suited to such a light vehicle (google peak trailer flexiride for details) . I built the body with light weight as the primary aim - The bedboards/backrests are a GRP/foam sandwich for insulation and low weight. Even the window frames were made in GRP using a 2 -part mould. There is good storage below the seating area if required as well. The roof is also a GRP/foam sandwich again for light weight and of a curved profile with ribbing for strength and incorporating a high-level LED brake light. The attached photo is from last years KIt Car show, and includes the Quantum graphics - these can be removed if not required, but give an idea of how YOUT logo could be added.
When erected the Quantumsleep has 6ft 3" headroom, and when folded for towing is about 1m high (so does not obscure rear view mirror!). Folding/unfolding takes a matter of minutes for 1 person.
