1995 18' HiLo Camper Trailer $1,000

The good:
Very clean inside and out.
Dometic 3 way refrigerator works great all 3 ways (120VAC, 12VDC, Propane)
Working rooftop A/C
Working stove, sink, water pump.
Working toilet and shower.
Sleeps 6 (Dinette bed, sofa bed, and bunk bed)
Relatively new, good tires.
Brand new deep cycle battery
Nice awning (awning cover needs replaced)
2 propane tanks
Comes with weight distribution trailer hitch
Tows very nicely!
The bad:
At least one (probably 2) walls need rebuilding in the top portion.
Hydraulics has small leak, so top doesn't go all the way up (we have had this for 2 years, this is a new development). Since my accident last year, I find it extremely difficult to get under this or anything else to fix or even add hydraulic fluid.
Top flexes enough when lowered that the door doesn't stay shut. This has been an inconvenience only, as I hold the door closed with a bungee when traveling, and the problem goes away when the top is up.
It is my belief that this unit is worthy of the time and materials to repair if you do it yourself. However, our HOA gives me grief if I even have the trailer here overnight, much less the time it would take to rebuild it, and it doesn't fit in my crowded garage.
So, buy it to rebuild it, or buy it for the appliances. I have priced it fairly either way.
This will be exclusive here until I get back from my camping trip on or about July 12th. Then it will go on both Craigslist and eBay.
Thanks for looking!
