Due to family circumstances I am going to be getting rid of my toys to help my brother who was recently paralyzed get a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Up for sale is a 1970 Appleby 3 bed tent trailer. It has a spring over lift, extended tongue with a max coupler 3 axis off-road hitch. 2-7 gallon water tanks with rack. I installed a tongue box with battery to run the interior and exterior LED lights. I installed a dedicated USB charger with a 1amp and a 2.1 amp outlet. It has hardwood floors and new bed platforms with Behr deck over paint. It will come with 3 grey totes for storage on the included Thule roof rack. It has a 12 fused circuit Blue Sea power distribution box. All new LED trailer lights with LED clearance lights. The tent canvas is out getting re-enforcing panels and zippers installed right now. Little needs to be done to use right now. Too many options to list all of them. It was built to go for long weekend off-road trips. This is a very light trailer below the weight class for a registered camper. This means no taxes or registration fees. I am asking $3,000 OBO. Text is better during the day. Calls welcome after 630 pm until 930. As a side note. A lot of the pictures are when I first purchased it. 801-822-4428 James. Trailer is located in the Provo Utah area. If you need more info or pictures please feel free to ask.

Can't say on the price but it could be the holiday has lots of folks off the board.
I don't know if you can compare a popup to what you have, but I've never paid more than $1,500 for a fabric side trailer. That doesn't mean yours isn't worth the asking price as some versions of things are simply worth a lot more than others.
