Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

Hi Everyone!

I'm new to the board. I've been looking for a good and reasonably priced teardrop for my gf and I. I'd like to eventually build one but don't have time between now and our trip in September to the Mighty 5 in Utah. I'm really hoping to find a trailer for our trip that I can afford. $2,500 is my max MAX budget if it's ready to go. I just missed out on one for that price locally and it crushed me. I had to wait for my next pay check and unfortunately it took too long. We aren't looking for the nicest or fanciest trailer. I just want something dependable that'll enhance our trip where I plan to propose. Any help is appreciated!

Are there any better places to look than craigslist? I'm having trouble finding listing on RV sites and whatnot.

$2500 wont buy a heck of a lot, but if it's what you can afford,....... there is nothing wrong with sticking to a budget.

I've been exploring deals all over and seeing if factoring in shipping would make it worth it. Definitely know the budget is nearly impossible but hoping to get lucky! Never hurts to hope. Plus I did find a lucky penny yesterday and won $40 on a scratcher. Making my budget $2540.

Have you thought about renting a teardrop for your trip? Could give you an idea of what works and doesn't work for you. There are a few places that rent in Northern California.

Thanks SC Campbell. I have already looked into that. There is a service 4 hours south of me in SD and one in Nor Cal (too far away to start and end the trip (8 hours in the wrong direction). There are also some rental services where I am going but they are all booked up until November sadly.

Looking to rent from September 12th through 19th or 20th.

In the meantime, what do you guys think of this one? Hard to judge from grainy pictures but going to look at today and hopefully talk down on price.
