I Pulled "The Arizona Desert Rat" CT Conversion Off The Market ... And Decided To Keep It For Those Short, Close, and/or Solo Trips ...

After the purchase of the Fun Finder, I have found myself (according to my wife) with 1 too many trailers ... so, my 2014, 6x10 foot x 6-1/2 foot inside height, Look, Vision, Round-top (the Az Desert Rat), my Cargo Conversion is up for sale. It is in excellent shape and really only used a few times. The frame and structure was custom built for an offroad camping trailer (See Photos in my Gallery)...
The trailer was a special order and the manufacturer added:
Insulation in walls and roof,
Extra frame and structure bracing, e.g., additional center frame rail, 1/8" steel skid plate in the rear with a frame cross member, and 1/8" steel plate over the tongue,
Side windows and welded in framing,
Dual roof vents with 12vdc fans and two overhead lamps, with welded framing,
Axle is capable of installation either over or under the 3500# axle to meet height needs (~24" or ~17"),
Good 15" tires on the ground and the spare, also 15", has never been on the ground,
A 28" RV door and Screen door,
A new Dometic awning was added in late summer 2014,
Too much to add here ....
I added:
The galley, with a Wedgewood 2-burner propane stove,
Sink with pump handle for water from galley mounted (easily removed) 5gal water jug,
Galley built to house a Coleman 36 qt. Xtreme Cooler,
5 gal propane tank (still over 1/2 full from the original filling!),
I used a strong fork-lift tank carrier for the tank,
The trailer is wired for 110vac,
It also has a group 24-31 battery box with a good group 27 battery mounted on the tongue plate for lights and fans,
All lights are LED and can be used to dry-camp ... my longest dry-camp was 5 days and battery was still far from dead,
Too much to add here ....
Check my Gallery photos (I am still trying to clean up my Gallery without a full deletion and reinstall) and hope to get some more photos installed next week...
Asking $6,000...
