Unfinished Teardrop for sale in Utah

Well, my brother and I started our teardrops about the same time almost 2 years ago. Luck for me mine is almost complete. Unfortunately for him, his is only about 1/3 complete. He has lost interest in completing it and is looking to sell it to the right buyer. It is on a 4x8 Harbor Freight 1750 lbs trailer. The frame is mostly stock except he did extend the tongue quite a bit. He also added stabilizers on the back. I would estimate that 95% of the materials to complete the trailer are already purchased including a commercial teardrop door, a window, fantastic fan, sink, stove, water tank and pump, lights, stereo, etc. If nobody buys it I will probably finish it myself and then sell it for a lot more. He's got well over $2000 in materials and a lot more in time invested so far.

Asking $2000 OBO located it Utah.

It's the wrong time of year to try to sell an unfinished trailer. Mother Nature could make a mess out of it before a buyer could even get it home. Add to that, it is harder to sell a half finished trailer. You might try offering to keep it sheltered over the worst weather provided someone give you a deposit to hold and shelter it....I don't know...might work. The best idea you had was to finish it and then sell it. Best Wishes in whatever you do.

Thanks Sharon. I'm not too desperate to see it sold right now, just wanted to see if there was any interest. I'll probably tinker on it through the winter and try to gauge interest in the spring.
