The Shack has been sold

It is with sadness that I finally have to sell my homemade teardrop. I know many followed my build journal, and it has been quite the experience. My plan was to build a vintage looking camper, a real show stopper and I appear to have been successful there. We can't take it anywhere without someone wanting to see in side and talk about it. My wife's impending retirement, and our plan to become "boat folk" forces the sale. Five years and 7000+ miles of proven performance.
I have lowered the asking price to $7200 elsewhere, but truth be told I would not hesitate with a $6900 offer from a file member here. We have taken our last 24 day trip, 1150 miles, in 4 states/13 campgrounds...and our "Farewell Tour" as I call it, is over. The camper is available immediately. We are located in central Massachusetts.
The specs are as I have them listed on Craigslist:
For sale, custom built retro look Teardrop Camper/Trailer. Outside wood sides made with marine grade plywood covered with 3 coats of epoxy resin, then coated with 3 coats of Spar Varnish. Roof covered with sheet aluminum. Runs on 115v line or on 12v deep cycle marine type battery. Included 10'x10' easy up pop-up. We cannot pull into a camp ground without many people coming over and asking to inspect this camper...our record is 84 people during a week in Acadia National park. Specs follow.
Curb weight:1500lbs (I pull it with a 4 cylinder car), Tongue weight: 176.5lbs, Hitch: 2 inch hitch, StowAway Hitch Tightener, Overall length:13' 2 3/4", Cabin outside length: 8'10", Cabin inside length: 6' 2", Overall height: 6' 2", Cabin inside height: 36" above mattress, Cabin inside width: 58 1/2", Cabin outside width: 5' 2 3/4", Overall width including fenders: 6' 7 3/4", Axel capacity: 3500 lbs, Ground clearance: 8+", Tires: Goodyear Marathon ST205 75R14, Brakes:10 inch electric, Lighting: All lighting LED's, Ceiling vent with fan, 6 fans over pillows, Mattress: 8" thick memory foam RV mattress, 12 volt battery, 12 volt converter, and 2 GFCI outlets, Suspension: 555003 Gas-Magnum RV Shock Absorber/leaf slipper springs, Combination Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detector.
All existing bins and cooler currently in use come with the camper, plus I'm throwing in my existing Coleman propane stove and electric stove we use in the camper. Included is our LLBean Woodlands Screen House ($279) and associated rainfly/floor kit ($139)...replacement cost is $418 for the set...these are included in the camper sale.
