-Maximum dimensions (including the hitch, exterior lights and plugs, doorknob, and roof vent) are 180 inches long x 82 inches wide x 91 inches tall
-The living quarters have exterior dimensions of 148 inches long x 77 inches wide x 77 inches tall
-When flat, each bed mattress measures 73.5 inches long x 32 inches wide x 4 inches tall
-When setup as two Twin beds, there's a 7-inch space between the beds, so one person can put their feet on the floor and walk toward the kitchen without climbing over the other person
-When setup as a single bed, the sleeping surface measures 66 inches wide (six inches wider than a Queen mattress). You could add extra foam or padding to extend another 6 inches and get all the way up to California King width (and store the extra material under the icebox or under the seats when not in use)
-Maximum headroom in kitchen area is 73.5 inches
-Maximum headroom in bed/dining area is 64.5 inches
-Standard 2" ball for towing
-Ideal tow height would be to have your ball approximately 19 inches off the ground
-Uses a 7 RV Blade wiring connector to tow vehicle
-There are 2 faucets on the sink; one connects to a hose hook-up (if available) and provides instant water pressure, the other connects to the onboard water tank and uses a pumping mechanism
-The antler light and fishing tackle light run on 120V and operate only when connected to shore power
-The 120V outlet near the fan operates only when connected to shore power
-The reading lights above each bed, and the nautical light above the kitchen counter, run on battery or on shore power

-No electric brakes installed...the trailer is so light that we never needed them. We towed this trailer with a Nissan Pathfinder midsize SUV and made trips to central Idaho, to Alberta, and to other mountainous destinations without issue

We're selling this trailer because our family has grown, and the trailer can't accommodate two adults and two children. We'll be sad to say goodbye.
