I have a teardrop camping trailer project that I was building but I just don't have the time to finish it and need the room in my shop. It is built on a popup camper trailer frame and has 3/4" plywood sub-flooring with 2" x 2" studs walls and 5 mm plywood sheathing on both the inside and outside walls/roof. The studs and plywood were assembled with liquid nails glue and wood screws. The camper is very solid. I had planned on covering the exterior with fiberglass cloth and resin and then paint it. The interior has been wired for 110V AC outlets with 12V DC lighting. It has both an AC and DC breaker panel inside the trailer. The interior plywood has been stained and the floor, walls, and roof have been insulated. The rear hatch still needs to be built along with the galley cabinets. The trailer is very large for a teardrop measuring 7' wide x 9' long and it has built in cabinets for storage. The interior floor space was designed for a queen futon mattress. I also have the window, door, and hurricane hinge for the galley hatch which i purchased from vintage technologies out of Michigan for around $700. It has new tires, rims, wheel bearings, and seals. The trailer axles are the torsion spring type. I also have a roll of vinyl flooring and some plywood pieces that will go with it. This could be a very nice trailer for someone with the time and skills to complete it. I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast just north of Ocean Springs. Reduced it to $1500 firm, call or text me at 228-623-9680 if interested, have questions, or want more pictures.
