Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

Due to health problems, I must sell my 2013 Lark 7 x 14 x 6 1/2 foot trailer. Only has 750 miles driving it home from the factory. The build is 3/4 of the way done. Trailer has three 15 x30 inch slider windows, two overhead vents, 10 foot awning, entry step, RV style entry door, barn doors, tandem wheels with electric brakes, maple countertop, portable 12,000 a/c with input and output hoses, queen size bed with memory foam mattress and tons of storage beneath, closet and clothing storage, separate room with porta potty, electric water heater, 30 amp service, stainless steel sink with faucet not yet installed, fold down table for two not yet installed, all plumbing supplies needed to install sink and water heater, and enough maple flooring to complete the floors.
