18 ft. Toy Hauler/Camper – Converted Enclosed Trailer
Has been used very little, still like new with no wear and tear. It was a fun project, but we do not use it and it's time for a new owner. Brand new tires this summer, no miles. Always kept under a cover.
Has toilet and sink plumbed for water with a 50 gal. holding tank. Has extra height ceiling option.
Adjustable height, queen size bed that will raise to ceiling to allow storage underneath or can it be removed. With bed raised and futon removed there is 7 ft x 14 feet of clear floor space. Barn door style rear doors with under floor storage in rear. Extra height ceiling. Two roof vents. Lots of storage. 3/4 insulation in walls , 1 1/4" insulation in ceiling. Folding table mounted to wall. Outdoor table. Brakes in good working condition. Professionally built, have well over $10k in the project. Also includes:

My wife and I had great intentions of using this trailer. It was a fun project to build, but we have not used it like we intended. It will make someone a reliable and comfortable trailer. If you have any interest, make me an offer. It is time for it to find a new home and I am willing to negotiate.

New tires in June and have not been used.

Am I way out of line with my price? What if I drop the price by $1000?

What do you guys think I should be able to sell it for? I am ready to get this out from under my shed and to a new home.

I think for half the US it's the wrong season. Not sure about pricing, just don't drop it to much to fast. My mom had a looker at her TT, he left with out making an offer. She panics and dropped the price on line (ad). The looker, didn't know that and came back to pay price originally quoted. She told him she had just lowered it. She screwed herself out of $$. He told me he thought original price was fair. So I said hey you can always give her it. He declined .
On Facebook there is a page for CTC for sale, maybe post it up there.

Thank you for the advice. I do tend to get impatient when I make my mind up to do something. But, you are right and I need to be patient until the weather gets a little better.
