Looking for a Fixer Upper Teardrop in the North East (USA)

Hoping to acquire my first Teardrop. Something that needs to be fixed up. I have some plans drawn up and I think it would be fun to rebuild an exiting trailer and customize it the way I want. I'm looking for something in the 5x8 or 5x10 size trailer. I don't have a large budget but I'm open to any and all options. If you have something taking up space in your yard or garage, take a couple of pics and let me see what you got.

Two weeks ago one in Adirondacks for $2000. Gone Monday. Sorry. I see very few on craigslist and facebook marketplace anywhere near that low of price.

I don't know if you're still looking, but I have something here in Cincinnati that may be what you are looking for. The living space is 6'X8'. The file I wanted to attach here is too big.
