Looking for a Fixer Upper Teardrop in the North East (USA)

I have some plans drawn up and I think it would be fun to rebuild an exiting trailer and customize it the way I want. I'm looking for something in the 5x8 or 5x10 size trailer. I don't have a large budget but I'm open to any and all options. If you have something taking up space in your yard or garage, take a couple of pics and let me see what you got.
