Custom built teardrop trailer. 10'L X 5'W. Fits queen size bed. Homebuilt with correct vin # and title as camper. Ready to license in any state. High option unit complete with slide out A/C unit. Wired for 110V shore power. Or 12v off grid power. Also has on board 12v AGM battery. On board battery charger. 12V to 110v power inverter. Multiple USB charge ports. Multi speed and reversable roof vent fan. Built with 2 entry doors. No crawling over each other in bed for entry/exit. Large jalousie windows in both doors. Excellent ventilation. Fully insulated floor/walls/ceilings. Stays cool or warm as appropriate.
Trailer was built with Frank LLoyd Wright/Arts and Crafts style features. Including FLW style dimmable led cabin lights. FLW styled interior cabinet trim. Craftsman styled hand stenciled rear galley accents. McIntosh pattern curtains.
Sleep cabin features golden birch interior panels accented with clear pine trim. Grain matched cabinet doors. Multiple storage compartments. Galley has room for cooler, camp stove, spare tire, water jug, food and dish Storage and more. All finished in high grain pattern Fir wood. Steel counter top. Galley was built to mimic original campers from 1940's. With modern upgrades.
Only used two seasons. Always stored indoors. Tow's excellent. I get low 20's MPG towing it with my 4cyl compact truck. Cash Only Sale. $6850.00
