Homemade camper trailer with roof that extends and collapses with linear actuators from the push of a button. Approximately 6' of room to stand in rear of camper. Weighs approximately 1750 pounds. Started with a utility trailer adding metal and minimal wood framing, using mostly 1" foam to keep weight down. Covered in filon and then also covering roof in corrugated metal. Has lots of oak wood. Has all electrical and can run off of 30 amp shore power or brand new 2000 watt power inverter and 2 deep cycle batteries, or Generator which is brand new dual fuel (runs off of gas or propane). Has brand new 32" flat screen smart tv, new microwave, new porta pot, new ozark cooler and new sink. All is included with sale if sold for asking price. If you want to negotiate, we will start removing items as needed to reach price. This is not your typical "homemade" item. I have over 500 hours in build and have well over $5000 in material alone.
