This home-built teardrop trailer, that sleeps 2 with a kitchen area in the hatch that includes space for a cooler, a propane stove on a slide-out drawer and storage areas. It includes 2 100 Watt Renogy Flexible solar panels to charge the house battery using a Renogy MMPT charge controller with a computer interface cable so you can monitor/change settings as needed. There is an included propane tank and house battery on the tongue of the trailer. The trailer coupler is for a 2 inch ball. The trailer axle is a Dexter brand torsion axle with electric brakes with Jaguar Aluminum Wheels and radial tires. Because of the electric brakes, there is a 7-wire round electrical connector (a 4-prong adapter can be used if the electric brakes are not desired). Doors are factory made units to reduce/eliminate leakage issues. All inside wood is Baltic Birch with a clear Varathane. The floor is insulated with 2 inch foam board, the roof with 1 1/2" Foam insulation and the walls contain 1/2" foam board insulation. The frame is built from heavy-duty steel tubing. The queen mattress is included along with window curtains. This trailer has been to Arizona, Montana, and Yellowstone and has served us well in all kinds of weather and pulls very nicely. The total weight of the trailer (empty) is 1620 Lbs with a tongue weight of 220 Lbs.

Asking $10,000 but am open to reasonable offers. Many construction photos available. The trailer is licensed in Montana, but located in Battle Ground, WA.
