Camping in Nova Scotia

Postby wysedav » Mon Jan 02, 2023 2:02 pm

Hi everyone, I'm beginning the planning stages of a ~7 day trip to Nova Scotia or PEI with my teardrop next summer. i thought I'd ask if anyone had any advice for a trip itinerary. It doesn't need to be an actual itinerary, recommendations for places to see, and places to camp would be great. I like camping remote, not big on campgrounds. I'm coming from Connecticut so I'd have to burn a few days getting there and back. Might make sense to convince my wife that a two week trip is a better idea.

thanks,

David

I found Novs Scotia tough for boondocking. PEI was better by quite a bit, yet still tough. I wasn't using iOveverlander back then and I see they list several places to overnight. Check them out!

We loved PEI! Found Nova Scotia okay.. Gaspe was also awesome!

Enjoy the trip! Eat plenty of seafood! Some of the best in the world up there
