Ooh! Ooh! Do I count? I live in Ontario, Wayne County, New York. (The other Ontario, NY is Ontario County, which is southwest of here. That trips up lots of people. "Ontario is the seat of Ontario County, right?" Uh, no.)

I used to be upstate New York (Hamburg) before I moved to the deep South. NO way am I coming back to the North. My dad said he just turned off the furnace!!!!!!! I'm debating whether to turn on th A/C or not.

My TTT is designed for tenting with, not sleeping in. Almost ready. I'm really hoping it is usable (see album for progress) by the Canada day long weekend coming up! Painting this weekend!

Dave from Grimsby here. I bought my tear the end of last summer from a guy in KW that custom built it. As the plywood was starting to delaminate, I paid to have it covered in aluminum this year. Love my TD! It's perfect for just me.

Has there ever been an attempt made to get a bit of an event together for all us little guys?

I like the idea. Perhaps first an informal poll to see how many us in Ontario (even beyond) would like to have a gathering. Then determine a location. May be tough to arrange enough space at a campground anytime in the reasonable future. However, somewhere huge like Algonquin Park may be just the ticket.

PS: Dave, take some pictures and make an album.

I'm kind of thinking that a smaller private camp ground might be a good thing. I don't know how many people would want to come out for a weekend camp trip for the first year, might be a small group at first, but if it's good, we could certainly do more in years to come.
