Just another shout out to the Ontario lurkers (yes, I'm talkin' 'bout you Jawbone).

Just posting here something that's being organized by the Central Canada Tearjerker group for the upcoming May 24 weekend.
Camping at the Elora Gorge Conservation Area, camp area 'C'. I'm booked into site 162.
On-line booking is now available. No alcohol at this conservation area ever (just a heads up)

Depending on my schedule, I may be able to attend this. Might be a good weekend to introduce the GF to TD camping.
How many people are intending on going? And can i Bring a friend who like camping in a tent?

Hi flash, in the loop so far there is five confirmed and three that are unknown. likely they are probably with our group. If they are with us a total of 8 so far. I think it's probably fine if you bring your friend. What size little guy do you have? It's a great area with lots of things to see and do. Hope you can come. I have not met you yet...

I have camped there many times before. Usually in the radio free section.
I have a 4ft little guy.

Had a good weekend. The weekend went by fast. the potluck was great especially the cabbage rolls and the shreddies chocolate peanut butter were my favorite. Karen win the Dutch oven contest for her chili. The only complaint I have "it was cold" especially at night I had three blankets on me plus a sleeping bag two pairs of socks +2 tops and I was still cold. It was one of the coldest weekends I've ever camped in. Sorry I have no pictures my camera was frozen lol (battery died) hopefully someone I'll post some photos.
