Here is my tenative plan, my tear will be based on the design of my triumph TR3, i plan to use a spare set of fenders, and wire wheels. My plan is have a LiL diner using one bench on the galley side. I will have a drop floor using the table to fill the floor.
I will use a set of spare bumperetts mounted on the hatch along with a spare licence plate light. I will also use spare blinkers as side markers.

I thinking of 4x 9.

Please share your opinions and offer your ideas.

Hey I like the look of that --- those fenders will make an interesting feature even if they are from a Triumph!

I think that will be very nice. I'm guessing the fenders aren't wide enough to get the tyres right under, so you'll have to build the trailer with the tyres half in the fender and half under the body - it's no problem, though it needs thinking about in advance.

The alternative of widening the fenders or building a deeper mount for them wouldn't look too good in my view - the wide trailer fenders would clash with the narrow car fenders.

And promise me you didn't take the close-up photo of those bonnet (hood) hinges because you're thinking of using them for the trailer hatch - I can think of at least three good reasons not to do that!

I think it's a fantastic idea!! That will really be a head turner. Nice use of an existing fender that has a profile that hasn't been done before. The 3 has some lines that would also make for a great paint job if that is the direction you are going. Doug

Andrew, I was thinking of using the trunk hinges, just for looks along with a standard door hinge.

Phillip,

Those are some really good looking cars, i have a good friend that has a MG that looks very similar to yours, same color.

I also have a red Triumph Vittesse, which is a 4 seater convertable with a 6cly engine.

So having a red and white cars im trying to come up with a paint scheme that would look good if either car pulls my tear.

Last night i beleive i came up with the for now final version of my galley.
Im hoping to have a mini fridge and a small AC unit, both mounted on the floor.

Im making a mock up of it all using r-max insulation board.

I still am having a hard time deciding on what to skin the exterior with.

How do you embed photos into these posts with out having to place a
link?

Little white on top, little red on the bottom, classic "Shasta Z" in the middle, and voila, both cars look good. The top looks a little bare, because I'm using red awnings over the windows. I had my wheels powder coated red.
