Not anymore. I grew up in Bakersfield, CA but have lived around the world and back over the past 30 years. I'm in Northern VA (DC Area) now. I'm actively looking for a tiny teardrop to renovate as a family project but they seem hard to come by. Any tips? How did you get started? Also, thanks for saying Hi.
