Home from the Dam

Postby Vedette » Wed May 08, 2013 1:39 am

Well we finally rolled into the driveway with Miss Piggy in tow at exactly 10:00 pm tonight.
Exactly 7 days and 3 hours (to the minute) from the time we left! :?
What an experience for our first time out!
We had opportunity to participate in the most wonderful event ever!...............THANKS Grant & Kay and all of your helpers.
For our first official "Gathering" with our teardrop "Miss Piggy" we could not have gone to a better event.
Great organization, great venue, great weather, great food, great turnout, great teardrops, and GREAT PEOPLE!
We are blessed to have met so many GREAT PEOPLE in such a short period of time. :D
And to all of you Forum Members we had a chance to finally meet face to face.......Sandi and I would like Thank each and everyone of you for becoming our newest friends!!!
If those of you that we met are any indication of what we are to expect from the ones we hope to meet in the future, we are in for some great time!
My only wish was that the event could have been longer so that we could have spent more time with each of you!
But as Roy Rogers used to sing...... "Until we meet again" Which reminds me?? Thanks Charlie for that Great Home Brew!
I could go down a list a mile long thanking you for all of the special things each and every one of you contributed to making this first event an everlasting memory!
WE WILL be back!
Hope all of you had as safe and enjoyable trip home as we did.
The Stude and Miss Piggy logged over 2000 trouble free miles on this first of their outings hooked together!
Good Roads
and
All of Our Love
Brian & Sandi

PS
We bought a Dutch Oven on the way home!

Brian and Sandi, it was a pleasure meeting you, and checking out Miss Piggy. It was a pleasure serving homebrew to all of you who indulged (and there were many). We drank about 13 of the 15 gallons I brought.

Brian and Sandi, it was great to meet you and see Miss Piggy in person. We really enjoyed being your neighbor campers and watch the major parade of admirers that you drew. Can't wait for next year, see y'all then.
