Help with registration....

Hello all, how are y'all doin? I've been goin through some things , and found that I may run into some trouble. I have what used to be an old pop-up trailer frame, no former registration or anything to go by. My question is, what is the process of registration with no certificate of origin? If anyone has run up on this situation, I would appreciate a lil advice. Thanks in advance for any help.

Looks like Maryland is like most states that provide for titling of home made vehicles.
