I am making "barn doors" for an older cargo trailer, roughly 42" wide by 82" tall out of AC X plywood. Lightly sanded both sides with 120 grit and put a thin coat of 2 part epoxy on. Next I will glue .040 aluminum to one side. I think I will put the metal on the C side because the other side will be visible when the doors are open. What would you all do?
