Really, people drive who could have a seizure from flashing taillights? How do they get a license? I hope they don't drive around schools or at all for that matter... :?

I found one (online somewhere) that has a couple LED's for running lights, and then bright ones on each side for turn / brake lights.
It's quite bright!

Because it is flat and made for surface mount, I made an angled wood block and mounted it above my hatch. I wanted it to be VERY visible to protect the rear end of all my hard work!

I think it's very important to light up any small trailer! Anything to keep the guy behiind you from meeting the rear end of your pride-and-joy!

The standard tail light blink rates for turn signals and police lights is slow enough that most don't have issues. Those that do, don't get to have drivers licenses. Put on a rapid blinker, and yes you may seizure a driver into your tail end.

In Colorado, doctors are supposed to report seizure patients to the DMV so that they don't drive until their seizures are managed. That means they have to document that they are seizure free for 12 months before they can drive again. So no, there isn't supposed to be a issue here. I imagine if you check, there are rules like this in most states.
