Building a fold out trailer .What would you do

After camping in a tent on the dirt. The floor start to move a lot it seem everywhere. So got everyone out and into the truck . The next day flipped the tent and had 4 rattlesnakes .So no more dirt .So I starting to look at teardrops they seem to have a fixed uses then I look at some of the roof top tent.I can live with that.
Now I need a trailer that is light to pull with a ATV most camping I do is with the ATV are 4 banger jeep . Will need to move wood and dirt sometimes. On the teardrops easy to get dirt in but I think it be just a little hard to get out.I Plan to rebuild a 40's jeep.
I am thinking of get either a Dinoot Tub Kit about $ 900+ shipping for the kit . . they have ,kind of looking army m416 trailer that for 401/2" by 4' $ 785+shipping,are a eBay one that looks more like the m416 with the wope in the sides at $625 for the 401/2" by 4 ' and one 48" by 8 feet for$700 to a bus stop near me.
When I camp will be just me and the dog so what I need is HELP deciding to make it a fold out tent are do a roof top tent are a pull out bed in the tailgate. are even like Honda van
Any help would be great.
