The thread with the ice bucket cooler would work in this situation, it would cool off the tear nicely with only 12v.

Hmmm.... in South Carolina? I don't think I can help with our solution here in the mIddle of Idaho. We just head for the high country. I live at 4,000' and it's a quick drive to 7,000. Nice and cooooool.
