It's time to gas up the ToyBox. Two things will need gas...cooking facility and furnace.
A while ago I picked up an old range:

I rarely use the oven at home. The reason is that I have a microwave and a cooker like this:

Small works just fine at home with utilities at my finger tips. On the road it will be different though. Self contained is the issue as well as space.
The range is heavy and four burners. Much more than two people might ever need. Up until now I've done just fine using a two burner white gas or 1# propane fold up stove and no oven arrangement. This has worked for my whole life so why would I haul the oven/four burner along?
Am I missing something? There are small oven/ranges available these days that would make much more sense since time/weight is an issue.
If anyone has a use for the range, let me know, I'd sell it cheap. The catch, I'm in Asheville, NC. If I choose not to use it I'd much rather have it go to a new home than go to Goodwill if I take a job in Minnesota. Moving is time to lighten the load.
