I was listening on NPR this afternoon that a tried and true indicator of the start of spring is the coming in of the asparagus crop.

It's sprouting in California right now. So it's official. Spring has sprung!

Went on my first outing of the year this week. I belong to the Chico Elks RVers and we went to the Durango RV park in Red Bluff, CA It was so warm I had to go buy a Lighter weight sleeping bag. Had a great time.
