A good weekend!

Me and the better half had planned to join the folks at Beaver's Bend, but as it turns out, we had to remain a little closer to home. We decided to go to Opossum Kingdom. Having a great time and eating way too much!

As it turns out, Cinnamon Rolls make excellent waffles.

BBQ Chicken was pretty good too!




Had some grilled steak too!

How do you cook the cobbler?

It's real simple. It's made just like the Rootbeer Cobbler I posted.

These are basically dump cakes. Put some butter in DO, add drained peaches, sprinkle cake mix, pour in 7 up and some of the peach syrup from the peaches. Stir up a little to incorporate and bake.
