My grandaughter spotted this one around 9:20AM today, on their way to girls softball tournament in Sherwood, AR. Appears to be eastbound on I-30 bridge over the Arkansas River between Little Rock & North Little Rock, near the Clinton Library. She didn't get a state license for the TV so don't know if they're local or not. Pretty distinctive rig tho...
