I am planing to build the hard shell rooftop shell from popular mechanics magazine that 3nero posted about.[img]
I have got 40 feet of fiberglass component kit 4" strati flanges
I am planning to kerf the fiberglass to the shape like it was 6" by 6"post then use 1/8 ply down the center .I can change the plan some
I like the retro look of the shell .
So what is the tightest bend you have heard of home depot 1/8 ply wood with out the ply braking the sides will be supported by 2" lips on the fiberglass

If you think that Kerfing the fiberglass would be to hard please say so
I can just get the 90-degree corners and do a clam shell tent but I like the though of hard sides.
