I do not know if this has been posted before Did not find in the search 4x6, 4.5x6 5x8 very well drawn out has cutting list . Lot of pictures These plans do not provide detailed welding information, but do show where welds should never be put – especially around the tongue/chassis area. The reason for not welding around some of these areas is that the welding will actually weaken the structure of the trailer and could cause structural failure of the trailer while being used.

Yes, those are exactly the places that the Australian rules say should not be welded - in fact they advise not welding the front joint at all.
