spare tire U type carrier

I'm looking for a spare tire U shape carrier for HF 8 inch tire. Got one from etailer and it was too tall. Anyone know of a source needs to be about 6" tall.

Mine was too tall but I just cut it.

Is there enough thread to do that for your application?

No not enough threads

Put a block of 2 x 3 wood under the trailer tongue and cut off the extra threads, works for now.
