Oh, cool! My kids and I were planning another trip to Great Sand Dunes, CO this spring, and there's a gathering! Of course it's the weekend AFTER spring break ends, but it's close enough to home that not having any extra days off will probably still work.

And with this much planning time, I should be able to trade my weekend work day to someone else.

We have come a long way.

I remember years ago if I wanted to have a Gathering in the East I had to build another Trailer and lend it to somebody!

Yeah, Len ...

... it took a little longer for you guys & gals in the East to get moving than it did us in the West ... ... but you sure got that train-a-rollin' now! ...

Oh, and here's something else ...

... when I hear or read someone say "but, there's nothing happening in my area!", my response today is the same as it was over 20 years ago ...

... find a cool campground or camping area, pick a date, put out an announcement, and hold your own Gathering! Believe me, that's exactly how every one of the events on the Page got started ... ...!
