Hi Seth and welcome,
The last time I checked special sized plywood was 5'x 10' and is pricey so why would you cut the length down by two feet? If your roof spars are 4' on center you can use standard sheets to skin the roof by running the sheets lengthwise across the cabin so widths up to 8" are possible. Aluminum sheets are pretty standard to 5' wide also.Over that I don't know.

I used a Red Trailers 5x8 and stretch the frame to 9'-7". The frame stretch was really very easy. I used two of the cross members to do it, then used 2x4s in the original cross member spot. The axle mounts stayed as-is and landed the axle within 1" of the "ideal" spot based on proportion. Total weight is about 1400# with a 200# tongue weight.

I also did a woody, so the sides are 4x10 plywood. That was the only abnormal expense.

ATV flatbed trailers can be found in 5x9 and 5x10 sizes and I personally looked at 2 used ones last year. - The 5x9 could have been had for $400, but it needed tires. The 5x10 had a large drop tailgate and was a beast, as it weighted 800lbs empty, with 15" tires- it was listed at $550. It could have hauled a Harley. The 5x9 weighted 390lbs empty according to the old BMV registration.

I don't know if I understand your question right, but I've built my TTT on a chassis 5'x6'. The Minit@b I've built, is 5'x10'. Because I live in The Netherlands, Europe, I've choosen for a chassis of a folding car. A Alpen Kreuzer. Complete with brakes, shockabsorbers and a nosewheel. I bought myself in the time I was working in a big woodfactory, 3 sheetes of 5'x10'plywood, 18 mm thick. I think its in your masures 3 quarters.The wide of the bed is queensize, but the lenght of the bed is at the doorside almost 170 centimeters and at the other side nearly 210 centimeters.
