There are extrusions specificly for that acl.google ulrich aluminum here in aussie or new Zealand, they make one of the better products and carry all the extrusions specificly for it

I had seen this build a few years ago but it just came back to mind with your thread. They built their truck camper out of honeycomb composite panels:
