Sunny at the Farm

Well, we woke up to a beautiful Sunny Saturday morning here at the farm!
As I looked out over the yard (lawns are still green) I thought back to the hot summer day when we were anxiously waiting for the Teardrop Train to start coming up the driveway for our 2nd annual Farm Gathering.
And how nice it was to have a yard full of good friends relaxing in the sun!
It is only when we open the door and realize that it is below freezing outside in the mornings, we come back to the reality, that our friends are not here and we are only dreaming of the return of camping season here in the north.
Anyway, I just wanted to say Hi from the Sunny Okanangn Valley!
Here is to the upcoming 2016 Camping Season!

Maybe some day I'll have the pleasure to meet you two.

In my home town on the California Central Coast it's a sunny 70 degrees this morning. Today's expected high is 81. I better do my outdoor chores while it's still comfortable.

Yes, we love San Luis Obispo! One of our favorite places in California.
Too bad we would have to drive in California to get there

Brian/Sandy, your next trip to SLO, if you have not been there already make the short 8 or so mile drive south on 101 to the town of Nipomo and visit "Jocko's Steak House"
I promise you will not be disappointed, make reservations (a must) and come hungry. Been there since I think the 40's and is to die for! Best around hands down!
