We are making a 8 lb. standing rib roast (prime rib)
Lots of side dishes and deserts
My sister-in-law and brother-in-law are in town along with an old family friend.

we are going to have LOTS of leftovers.

Last night we had the extended family at my Fathers house for a big meal. We cooked 17 steaks and 3 Lbs of Shrimp on the grill. Not fancy camp style cooking but it sure was good. Maybe it was the company, that made everything taste so good.

Salmon cured in sugar and salt with dill on it
factory made costs $8 for 4 ounces.
We make it ourselves for about 1/8 the price.
No cooking. Takes 3 days to cure. No Ingredients you can't pronounce.
