I have an odd situation. When I built my TD I had a trailer that I use for a bunch of other things so I remove my TD about once a year or so. Anyhow, since I rarely camp during the warmer months I don't need a refrigerator. Because of my set up, because I didn't move my axle since I use the trailer for other things, I simply built a large box that I mounted in front of the TD on the trailer that I use to carry everything from firewood, building supplies, and even canoes. With such a long tongue on this thing space really isn't an issue, there fore I have rather large counterweight box mounted in front of my TD. Anyhow since a TD is never done, I was wondering about putting a small AC Refrigerator that I have in that box on a lift. The easy way would be to simply cut a hole in the box, but then I'd have to deal with a seal which I've already dealt with with the top mounted lid. Does anybody know of a lift contraption similar to a sewing machine or a mixer lift that might work or some other application that might suit my purposes? Since I have a regular Travel trailer for when the family goes camping with me this has never been a serious issue. But it's winter and like every one else I am killing time by thinking about what I could do as an improvement to my TD.
