I wish to promote Walk the Winds and the State of Wyoming. For those of you who know Wyoming only by the long drive across Interstate 80 let me tell you that the State has much more to offer. If you've always said "someday" to Yellowstone, Walk the Winds would be a perfect reason to enjoy something you've always wanted to do. Just northeast of Pinedale is Graybull, a town that time forgot. Hiway 14 going East from Graybull over the mountain is as pretty a road as you could ever want to see. And west of Graybull the town of Cody has 8 museums, Each of them worth seeing. Wyoming is a State of very diversified beauty, great history, unique fossils, and Walk the Winds. You can't go wrong! Don't miss out. Put Walk the Winds on your calendar this year. Don't wait. It will be the most relaxing, rejuvenating experience most people will ever get to enjoy.

I have to echo what Rob said ... Wyoming has a lot to offer, and "Walk the Winds" would be a great way to kick off a visit or wrap one up! I "discovered" Wyoming while working in the oil & gas fields there in the early '80s, and found that there is a lot more to it than sage brush and high winds! When Kay & I visited Walk the Winds in 2013, it was after crossing the state beginning at Devils Tower, and of course finishing up with Grand Teton and Yellowstone Parks ... "WtW" is situated in a very nice location with easy access to even nicer places like the headwaters for the Green River (the Yosemite of Wyoming!) ... and you'll get to meet and make a few new & wonderful teardrop & tiny trailer Friends ... win, win, win, if you ask us! We'll definitely be going back, some day ... ...!

I've only been to Wyoming twice, once for a Yellowstone trip after I graduated college, and on the return leg of a trip to Glacier National Park, and I was amazed by the place both times. Some of Wyoming is rather bland, much of it is windswept, but even then the sky seems to stretch out forever. The mountains were amazing - Big Horns, Tetons, the ranges near Yellowstone, all of them.

This will be my first Walk the Winds. I hear that Cowboy knows how to do Western Hospitality up right. Sure hope to meet some new friends around the camp fire.

We're thinking about a visit up there. July is pretty hot here in Tucson....
