Poplar Plywood?

I just came across this 5mm 5-ply Poplar Plywood at Lowes and wondered if anyone is using it in their builds?

Hi, Jim.. I used a couple of sheets for the inside walls.. with a coat of Minwax Golden Pecan stain and 2 coats of Minwax semi-gloss Urethne.. looks really nice in contrast with the dark mahogany stained cabinets..
Couldn't beat the price!
