Sealing A Roof

We are replacing the roof of our homemade travel trailer. We need to seal it. What products do you recommend? I need something simple. I have seen some of the youtube videos and they seem very involved. I like quick, simple and effective. Although I do realize some things do need a bit more tending. But if you know of something to seal it, let me know! It is a plywood roof.
