Looking to buy...

so, I am looking to buy a manufactured trailer. As much as I would love to build my own, I KNOW that I don't have the patience to go through with a home build. Right now, I also don't have the space.

I have been looking at Timberleaf and TAG trailers. I really like what I am finding, but was just wondering what other builders are good out there. I live in Central Ohio, so closer to that part of the country would be great, but not a game changer. I know Timberleaf is in CO, and I could turn picking up a trailer into a trip of it's own if I found the right place

We are not looking to do overland type rugged, but would be doing some back country camping. Would also be using it in the cooler months around the Great Lakes area, and with the wife, it would be more "glamping" type situations where we would do an electric hook up etc...

will be towing with a 2021 Toyota Tacoma SR5

any advice would be appreciated!!

"Hiker Trailers" might be a company to check into. They build them in both Colorado and Indiana. $$$ wise they seem to be one of the more affordable brands.

I also had, at first, considered buying. I started researching the companies that produce teardrops and quickly found out the wait times to be in the 12 to 15 month ranges. That factor spurred me on to build my own.
