I feel for you folks. Our Prime Minister shut the borders very early and was roundly criticized at the time. He has been well and truly vindicated for that now. We get an occasional leakage from hotel quarantine but immediate lockdowns, test and trace has worked in getting it back in the box.

I would want my own dunny (that's Australian slang for toilet) in your situation.

I got a bathroom/shower tent. It's nice to have one here on the beaches because it can be quite a walk to just take a dump. One might drop a load on the way. No joke. With the sand and the humidity, the restrooms can get quite disgusting. I have a lightweight cassette potty. I also have a rechargeable showerhead. I use a rubber drip pan for the recirculation of the shower. Luckily, in my TTT, I can put up a shower curtain and have a small makeshift restroom. I have a pic of that too. Darn! I need to post some more pics.

I'm considering upgrading back to a teardrop after what I consider a failed experiment in "full size" RV's. The >ONE< thing that I will miss is shower and head that is built into my rig.

Shower houses and bathrooms are the one thing that I can say I find repugnant in all but the nicest campgrounds. Florida State Parks come to mind as the absolute best. But here in Indiana they are cinder block buildings with chipping paint and foul odors.

I suspect we'll be investing in a small "throwable" -- the kinds with hoops of wire. The balancing act of setup time, packing size, functionality, dourability and price. All without getting 7mpg :)

Hi Slow, Here’s a related post about boondocking and poo, with some additional perspectives. Here is the link: http://www.tnttt.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=73403

Coronavirus was the reason we got a potty tent and stopped using public restrooms.

We are on a list to get vaccinated, it is going less than well in Ohio and our rural county.

I got the pop up potty tent. It's great that it pops up....but to pack it down to size is a pain in the rear!! I had to watch a video several times! I got it 2/3 of the way folded, but the dam wire wouldn't go on the last fold. Beware! :?
