Are there any people here who use a teardrop for travelling with scuba diving gear ?
how do you deal loading for driving and in place ?
For now, I have a cargo trailer, it's perfect for travelling with camping stuff and scuba gear for weekends.
But, getting a bit more old each year, I plan (dream) to build a teardrop for night confort,
but I can't imagine putting my "dry" bag and cylinders on my bed because:
- a dry bag is never dry for long time

- I wish to be in the bed when the bag should be in also

- I prefer pillow than steel tank

a good place should be in the kitchen hatch, but may be really heavy while driving and be a problem.
another place could be in the car, but european cars are... ? smalls ?!

Second question, maybe stupid, when you go for weekend, what is in your car trunk (coffre?)
sorry, I always go in tent, trailer is for everything that could get wet in case of rain and leak (tent, bikes, gaz, furniture, seats, table),
and the car contains everything that must stay dry (sleeping bad, clothes) for 4 pepoles.
I've never used a caravan because I'm tall (1.97m) and get the ceilling at my eyes height
