Fan problem staying closed while driving

Postby TearDropDrippin » Mon May 16, 2022 6:22 pm

I have a cheaper roof fan vent installed, and am having problems with it staying closed when driving at freeway speeds. Anyone else experience this and or have a solution?

the suggestion I have will not take care of the problem of the vent opening on it's own - but - the item I use for covering my roof-vent at all times = I do sometimes leave mine open, even when traveling down the road for venting along with when it is stored/or camping = and yes, I leave it open even when raining. I use a 'MaxxAir' cover all of the time - year round. 163113 it can be seen here in this picture...........

That so for the tip. I think I will purchase one of those. I too like to leave it open in the rain.

I don't have a fan but mine has a lil clip on the arm that helps hold it down.
Should be able to order the clip.
