Jean got the battery cozy made using thinsulate; it has fabric on both sides so it doesn't snag on things as easily as the stuff we used on the walls. It turned out really nice. I'll have to keep an eye on the battery temperature in hot weather when there's a heavy current draw, I don't want it to overheat. The cozy might be a winter-use-only item. It looks great and will work a lot better than the moving blanket.

Thanks, she's a great seamstress. She's into quilt making so this kind of stuff is easy peazy.

Just a final follow up on the battery cozy. The battery was at 50F 4pm yesterday after turning the heaters on and charging. This morning they are at 37F, the outside temperature is 25F and the heaters stayed off all night. The heaters had just turned on as I took the screenshot at 7am. Charging definitively heated the battery up; the cozy will have to come off in the summer.
